Job Summary
Oversee box office operations for festival and events, supervising seasonal staff and coordinating with the Operations Manager. Manage ticketing platforms, seating manifests, inventory controls, and financial reporting; ensure adherence to box office policies; assist with hiring and training protocols for seasonal staff; analyze customer and sales data and resolve customer service issues related to box office operations.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of ticketing experience and customer service
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- cash handling and scheduling
- self-motivated with independent reasoning and troubleshooting
