Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by explaining ticketing policies, answering venue seating questions, and troubleshooting ticket issues. Assist guests in purchasing tickets, process cash and credit card payments, and ensure tickets are issued. Reconcile transactions at the end of each shift and organize will call orders. Offer consistent support to management while performing other related duties as assigned. Requires a flexible schedule to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking in an indoor/outdoor environment. This role supports Hollywood Park's mission to create extraordinary experiences at SoFi Stadium and YouTube Theater.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to be productive in a demanding environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Positive and energetic attitude with the ability to remain professional in all situations
- Flexible schedule; able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required
- Requires prolonged periods of sittting, standing, walking, and maneuvering up/down stairs in an indoor/outdoor environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous cash-handling experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
