Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service to patrons by answering calls, assisting walk-ups, and handling mail. Sell, exchange, and return tickets for all performances, including subscriptions and single tickets. Process checks and credit card transactions while maintaining daily batch reports and accurate patron records in Tessitura. Alphabetize and distribute will call tickets, package orders for mailing, and manage inventory of supplies. Attend dress rehearsals and participate in company meetings and trainings.
