Job Summary
Bowling Snack Bar Cook supports the executive culinary staff, assists with cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, and steaming a variety of items (meats, fish, eggs, vegetables) while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. Ensures kitchen area and equipment are in good working order and keeps cold items stocked. Requires ability to obtain necessary work cards and attention to detail; experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one to two years Cook experience in a high volume restaurant preferred.
- Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards
