Job Summary
Maintain center equipment including pinspotters, setters, automatic scoring systems, lanes, and building infrastructure in a 16-lane center. Follow established preventive maintenance programs, record machine repairs, and replenish parts inventory while ensuring compliance with Tribal, State, and Federal regulations. Adhere to Lock-Out/Tag-Out safety functions, maintain a clean work environment, and protect company assets. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Must obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Combination of education and/or 3-5 years of experience in mechanics in a bowling center
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to maintain professional, courteous, and effective working relationships with all levels of the organization and outside business contacts
- Must be customer service oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Ability to work in a challenging environment dealing with sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Working knowledge and understanding of MSDS, OSHA requirements, and biohazard clean up and disposal
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license with the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency
- Work nights, weekends and holidays as required
Desired Qualifications
- AMF Pinsetter Experience
- Knowledgeable in bowling operations
- Proven intermediate skills in Windows, MS Office Programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and experience with database systems
- Ability to prepare reports, correspondence, charts, forms and other information and instructions
