Job Summary
Serving food and beverages, including alcohol, while troubleshooting bowling machines and managing daily records. Clean lanes, equipment, and work areas daily, and prepare service stations for guests. Assist customers with bowling monitors, balls, and video games, anticipating their needs throughout the shift. Requires day and evening shifts from 11:00am to 11:00pm, with flexibility for adjusted daily schedules. This role supports the Greenbrier's vision of Safety, Honesty, and Excellence within our Sports and Recreation department.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Excellent grammar and verbal skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Maturity and self assurance
- Ability to follow written procedures and guidelines
- Daily record keeping and inventory
- Flexibility to work varied schedules that are adjusted daily
- Heavy and light cleaning
- Ability to make mature decisions
- Natural ability to anticipate the guests' needs
Desired Qualifications
- Food/Beverage experience preferred
- Computer skills preferred – AMF Bowling System and Point of Sales system
