Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while providing personalized service and making product recommendations to drive sales and build loyalty. Process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns with professionalism, and maintain visually appealing selling areas through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Demonstrate ownership of personal goals and store objectives by applying suggestive selling techniques, leveraging training tools, and embracing feedback to boost product knowledge. Support store operations by assisting with fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, and inventory accuracy while following asset protection and safety protocols. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical requirements to move around all store areas and lift up to 40 lbs.

- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
