Job Summary
Bowling Attendant Lead at a casino resort oversees bowling operations, hires and develops staff, ensures guest satisfaction, manages financial procedures and asset protection, coordinates events, and collaborates with other departments. Requires 2-3 years in a bowling center and 3+ years in management; strong guest service, budgeting experience, and proficiency with Windows/MS Office. Must be able to obtain a Class B gaming license. Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays; physical requirements include occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Arlington, WA location. Starting wage $19/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Two to three years of experience working in a bowling center
- Minimum three years’ experience in management and coordination of events and one year of supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in budgeting and fiscal responsibility for revenue-producing activities desirable
- Knowledgeable in bowling operations and reservation systems
- Must be customer service oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently
- Ability to work in a challenging environment dealing with sensitive issues and maintain confidentially with strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain professional, courteous, and effective working relationships with all levels of the organization and outside business contacts
- Proven intermediate skills in Windows, MS Office Programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and experience with database systems
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license with the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency
