Job Summary
Provide efficient, courteous customer service to bowling guests while maximizing lane and equipment utilization through controlled customer flow. Issue lanes, assist with tournaments and special events, and perform routine maintenance on pinsetters, auto-scoring equipment, and cleaning of lanes, gutters, and ball return areas. Manage credit control, financial transactions, and security of monies while ensuring compliance with Tribal, State, and Federal regulations. Transport and store parts and supplies, assist mechanics with repairs, and inspect facilities for cleanliness. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required, maintaining organization of workshop areas and following all safety procedures. Obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license with the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency.

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license with the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency
- Ability to exert up to 75 pounds of force occasionally
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force constantly
- Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift
