Bowling and Events Supervisor

Job Summary

Conduct daily operations for the Bowling and Events Department, ensuring consistent function to meet marketing and sales goals. Provide superior customer service by being constantly visible, offering bowling tips, and enforcing alcohol and age restriction controls. Coach and develop staff, review time sheets for accuracy, and audit refund credits, cash drawers, and special events to create daily audit reports. Proactively support promotional activities and maintain a clean, organized facility while ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Manage operations in a high-energy bowling center environment requiring extensive standing and mobility.

Required Qualifications

  • Applicants must have a completed HS diploma or GED
  • Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is required
  • Must be at least 21 years or older
  • 2-3 years hospitality management experience
  • Experience preferably in the entertainment / retail / hospitality industries
  • Regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces
  • Regularly required to stand and walk for extensive periods of time without breaks during busy times
  • Lifting and/or moving up to 100lbs with assistance is required
