Job Summary
Provide guest-facing assistance as a Bowl Attendant at Main Event. Welcome guests, promote activities, guide lane setup and ball selection, troubleshoot lane issues, issue and clean bowling shoes, process payments, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized bowl desk and lanes. Deliver excellent customer service, enforce safety and sanitation standards, and support guests with activity recommendations and information. Must be able to work as part of a team and handle multiple systems, with availability for days, nights, and weekends. Required Qualifications
- Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required
