Lead a team of 50-100 workers on large-scale projects like the Binnenhof, acting as the central contact point for subcontractors and reporting daily to the project manager. Manage the execution and preparation phase, including coordination of architectural provisions, logistics planning, and monitoring of schedule and budget progress. Serve as the project manager's sparring partner while ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. Requires minimum 10 years in electrical or mechanical engineering, an HBO degree, and strong communication skills. Full-time role with a salary range of €3,946 to €6,898 gross per month, including a company car, 25 vacation days, and sports event participation.
