Job Summary
Support boutique operations by assisting with customer service, sales follow-ups, and CRM data entry while deepening product knowledge. Collaborate with the Boutique Manager and cross-functional teams to enhance the luxury customer experience through brand ambassador activities and marketing event support. Manage daily store operations tasks including ERP system usage and inventory support under senior staff guidance. Requires hospitality experience in hotels or restaurants, strong Japanese communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Reports to the Boutique Manager and participates in on-site shifts from 10:30 to 20:15.
Required Qualifications
- ホテルやレストラン、航空業界などでホスピタリティ業務を2年以上お持ちの方
- PCおよびMicrosoft Office(Outlook、Excel等)を業務で使用した経験
- お客様と円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる高い日本語力(対面・電話・文書)
- 基本的な英語スキル(流暢である必要はありませんが、接客やトレーニングで必要となります)
- さまざまな言語で円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方
