Job Summary
Oversee boutique operations by supervising back-office teams, managing recruitment, and setting individual goals to drive efficiency and client experience. Optimize inventory, stock transfers, and after-sales activities while ensuring product availability and minimizing discrepancies. Manage cash flow, building schedules for optimal floor coverage, and maintain IT, security, and administrative standards. Monitor retail indicators like turnover and sell-through to propose corrective actions and drive future growth through operational innovation. Report stock performance and sales metrics to leadership to optimize buying and sales sessions.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of documented experience in retail operation
- At least 4 years in team management experience
