Job Summary

Manage daily boutique operations by opening and closing registers, receiving inventory, and shipping products to support sales. Uphold operational standards and visual merchandising requirements while maintaining organized stock storage and processing restock needs. Act as an expert on Standard Operating Procedures, Systems, and Tools to support the entire boutique team and ensure seamless omni-channel client experiences. Execute stock cycle counts and annual physical inventories while communicating supply needs to leadership. Maintain positive team relationships and uphold brand image and hygiene standards throughout the store.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of related experience
Ability to move heavy items - may include overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing of items up to 25 lbs
A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively
Understanding of, and passion for client experience
Excellent communication skills
Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL
