Job Summary
Boutique Manager responsible for leading the luxury boutique at South Coast Plaza, driving sales and IPT goals, planning and executing special events, maintaining an impeccable luxury brand image through merchandising and staff presentation, empowering the team with tools and knowledge (sampling, gifting, CRM), and overseeing operations including inventory, scheduling, and store environment while delivering exceptional client service and leveraging CRM insights to improve performance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management experience at a Boutique or freestanding store environment.
- Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales and/or Training.
- Availability must meet the needs of the business.
