Job Summary
Boutique Manager responsible for leading the boutique to achieve sales targets and profitability, building and developing a high-performing team, maintaining brand image and client experience, and coordinating with management on strategic initiatives. Key duties include developing boutique strategies, monitoring performance and KPIs, conducting structured team meetings, hiring and onboarding staff, driving client-centric practices and VIP client relationships, ensuring adherence to security and operational procedures, and guiding execution of luxury-retail objectives across Sales, Client, and Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- minimum 7 years of retail management experience
- successful track record in team leadership (20+ team members)
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- fluency in English and Thai (Mandarin/Russian a plus)
