Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of the boutique's operations, ensuring the highest level of service is given to guests against set objectives. Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs while executing visual merchandising and stock management in line with company guidelines. Lead administrative responsibility for weekly boutique reporting and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture. Uphold brand standards to deliver a seamless, guest-first experience. This 12-month fixed term contract offers a strong opportunity for permanent consideration within a B Corp certified company focused on sustainability and internal career progression.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business
- Experience in an assistant manager or similar management role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures
