Job Summary
Lead the Clothing and Accessories division at the Audley House Boutique by driving sales performance, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Motivate the team to uphold Purdey's brand values while implementing retail strategies to achieve revenue and KPI targets. Oversee client data capture in the CRM system, establish visual merchandising standards, and manage the store P&L to keep costs within budget. Monitor daily sales targets, conduct monthly performance reviews, and supervise stock intake, storage, and replenishment operations. Ensure strict adherence to security procedures, cashing up processes, and health and safety protocols. Collaborate with the Sales Director and Gun Sales team to align staffing plans and develop annual training programs. Work across a Monday to Sunday schedule with varying opening times based on business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in managing retail team
- Experience and excellent understanding of luxury retail business
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Exceptional customer service and client relationship management skills
- Strong commercial acumen, with a clear understanding of sales targets, KPIs, and cost management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and team members
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) at an intermediate level or above
- The role requires flexibility to work across a Monday to Sunday schedule, with opening times and days varying based on business requirements
