Job Summary
Conduct daily boutique operations by processing POS sales, handling cash deposits, and coordinating register openings and closings. Support sales associates with inventory cycle counts, daily re-ticketing, and incoming/outgoing shipment processes. Facilitate seamless customer experiences by resolving client inquiries, processing receipts and refunds, and maintaining organized cash wrap areas. Answer phone calls to address client issues promptly and professionally. Work flexible hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays in a team-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Able to lift 15 lbs
- Must have flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Requires in-store presence to facilitate the opening and closing of the boutique
- Requires in-store presence to receive inventory
- Requires in-store presence to ship product to support sales
Desired Qualifications
- Foreign language skills are preferred but not required
- Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL
