Job Summary
Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals for the Madison Avenue flagship boutique. Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation while driving client acquisition, retention, and loyalty through innovative clienteling strategies. Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing retail team, managing Assistant Boutique Managers accountable for sales floor performance, VIP appointments, and store operations including stock control and logistics. Champion a client-centric approach by leading by example in delivering exceptional service, resolving complex situations, and fostering strong relationships with high-value clients and local media. Ensure compliant store operations, manage budgets and payroll, and serve as a prominent brand ambassador at key industry events. Flexible hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
