Job Summary
Manage the boutique, staff, merchandise, and customer service while achieving sales objectives and maintaining high operational standards. Set individual sales goals for associates, analyze reports to develop business strategies, and ensure staff fluency in product knowledge. Oversee facility maintenance, cash control procedures, and inventory accuracy, while supporting loss prevention and risk management. Implement merchandising directives, maintain a clean selling floor, and grow the client database through community networking. Build a motivated team, resolve customer service issues, and communicate with Corporate Office and local associations.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in retail, preferably within the luxury market
- A minimum of three years of management/supervisory experience
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, inventory and database software
