Job Summary
Define and execute the Boutique's strategic vision to drive sustainable business growth while embodying CHANEL's values. Translate commercial objectives into actionable business plans, monitor sales and KPIs, and lead business reviews with the Retail Director. Act as the ultimate ambassador by developing long-term relationships with VIP clients and executing local events with Marketing and Client Engagement teams. Inspire and coach a high-performing team through regular performance conversations, succession planning, and partnership with Human Resources on recruitment and retention. Ensure operational excellence across inventory, cash handling, and compliance while collaborating with Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance. Represent the Boutique within the local leadership community to contribute to the Fashion Division's success.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading luxury retail boutiques with full P&L accountability
- Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to drive sustainable business growth
- Demonstrated success managing high-performing teams through coaching, development and inspirational leadership
- Solid experience in clienteling, VIC development and luxury relationship management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business insights into action
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across multiple corporate functions
- High emotional intelligence, sound judgment and the ability to lead in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Passion for Fashion, luxury craftsmanship and CHANEL's values
- Fluent Spanish
- Advanced English
