Job Summary
Warmly welcome clients, offer refreshments, and assist Sales Associates during presentations by preparing products and ensuring a seamless experience. Support the sales process, including product preparation, wrapping, and processing transactions, while assisting with daily clienteling activities. Maintain the Maison's visual identity, contribute to event organization, and uphold knowledge of High Jewellery, Jewellery, and Watchmaking. Assist with back-office sales tools, stock counts, safe replenishment, and deliveries, ensuring strict compliance with Maison policies and procedures. Actively develop personal knowledge and skills through self-training and group sessions to enhance work processes. Required Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
