Job Summary
Set and forerun 3–6 boulder problems per day, contribute to collaborative feedback sessions, and support wall maintenance, volume refinishing, and padding tasks. Maintain a clean, safe setting space and tools while executing tasks assigned by the Head Setter. Interact with guests to positively represent the brand, collect community feedback to improve the climbing product, and aid in hold and equipment care including inspection and replacement. Travel occasionally to support special events at other locations as applicable. This temporary role requires availability during evenings, weekends, or outside standard business hours depending on programming needs.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of climbing experience
- 2+ years of commercial setting experience
- Ability to climb V6 in a variety of styles comfortably
- Strong teamwork, communication, and feedback skills
- Passion for climbing and building inclusive communities
- Ability to move 50 lbs on soft flooring and work on ladders or at height
- This role may require a flexible schedule, including availability during evenings, weekends, or outside standard business hours depending on programming and business needs
