BOUCHER (H/F)

Manage the butcher department by cutting, preparing, and selling products while adhering to hygiene standards and fabrication schedules. Advise customers on product selection, oversee product ordering, and maintain the visual presentation of the floor. After an initial integration period familiarizing you with store processes and the team, you will act as an ambassador for our producer and merchant commitments. This role requires a CAP specialized in butchery and strong relationship skills to build trust with clients.
