Conduct daily meat preparation, including cutting, plating, and selling fresh products while adhering to hygiene standards. Manage the butcher station inventory, oversee production and sales scheduling, and coordinate product ordering. Advise customers on product selection and ensure optimal display of goods within the store. This role involves leading the independent butcher section at one of 7 Groupement Mousquetaires stores, serving as an ambassador for our producer and merchant commitments to French consumers.
