Job Summary
Oversee operations of assigned bottling lines to ensure production schedules meet safety, quality, budgetary, and regulatory guidelines. Coordinate maintenance actions, evaluate production efficiency, and establish work schedules while providing technical assistance to operators. Monitor and enforce OSHA and company safety regulations, lead the safety program, and investigate incidents to address root causes. Train and supervise line employees, develop personal improvement plans, and resolve product quality issues to prevent rework. Support New Product Development by evaluating equipment capabilities and ensuring defect-free products are shipped on time. Recommend cost-reduction ideas and track efficiency data to improve yields without sacrificing quality. This night shift role runs 6pm-6am on a 4 on 4 off schedule at The Glenmore Distillery in Owensboro, KY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Proficient in using computer systems, including MS Office products
- Proven ability to communicate with all levels in an organization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- This position is on night shift
- Hours are 6pm-6am on a 4 on 4 off schedule

- Working knowledge of high speed bottling equipment
- Previous experience as a supervisor in a fast paced production environment
- A proven track record of successful management experience in a unionized manufacturing environment
- Proven knowledge of manufacturing best practices
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- GMP and HACCP experience
