Job Summary
Conduct interior and exterior facility maintenance, including landscaping, pressure washing, parking lot cleaning, debris removal, plumbing, drywall, and painting. Maintain organized repair records, adhere to OSHA safety policies, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working on concrete floors while traveling locally for frequent site visits. Requires a high school diploma, one to two years of experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and MPulse Maintenance software. This full-time temporary role supports BottleDrop's mission to empower people to redeem every container efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years experience
- General understanding of facility maintenance and landscaping tasks and tools
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proficiency in MPulse Maintenance software
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Ability to adhere to deadlines
- Ability to handle frequent changes
- Ability to follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Ability to give excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with OSHA safety requirements
- Ability to travel locally
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend shift(s)
- A current driver's license
- Acceptable driving history
- Must be able to frequently lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to frequently push/pull carts, toolboxes, parts, etc. up to 50+lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete floors
- Must be able to bend/stoop/crouch/squat
- Must be able to use arms/wrists/hands/grasp
- Must be able to climb and balance on ladders as needed
- Must be able to sit in vehicles for extended periods when traveling to worksites
