Job Summary
Deliver superior customer service at the BottleDrop Redemption Center in Gresham, maintain facility appearance, educate customers on Oregon’s Bottle Bill and the BottleDrop system, assist customers with kiosk interactions, payment slips, bags, tags, and reverse vending machines, enforce daily limits, perform accurate data entry, safely operate and troubleshoot Center tools, and adhere to OSHA safety standards and PPE requirements in an outdoor, variable-temperature environment with lifting and physical tasks as described.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Customer service and/or cash handling experience are preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
