Job Summary
Provide friendly, professional customer service at the BottleDrop Redemption Center in Delta Park, Portland. Educate customers on Oregon’s Bottle Bill and the BottleDrop system; assist with kiosk, payment slips, bags, tags, hand counts, and reverse vending machines; enforce daily limits; perform data entry and process beverage containers; operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Redemption Center tools and equipment; escalate repairs when needed; adhere to OSHA standards and PPE usage; work outdoors in varying temperatures and conditions; lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks/floor scrubber after training; contribute to a clean facility and positive customer experience; collaborate in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
