Job Summary
Lead the bottle room team by providing strategic direction, overseeing line setup and daily production procedures, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure full regulatory compliance with FDA, USDA, SQF, and BRC standards while managing production schedules and monitoring efficiency. Mentor associates, enforce safety policies, and lead drills to mitigate risks. Define and track KPIs to measure performance and report results to senior management. Requires 5+ years in food manufacturing with 3+ in leadership; minimum 50-hour work week with rotating shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food manufacturing
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong working knowledge of FDA, USDA, SQF, BRC regulations and food safety standards
- Proficient in All MS Office Programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent math skills
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues
