Job Summary
Senior Production Supervisor on 2nd shift responsible for overseeing Assembly, Laser, and Anodizing departments for a medical device manufacturer. Leads teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output goals while driving safety, quality, and productivity, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Requires 10+ years manufacturing experience in a highly regulated industry and 5+ years in leadership with a track record of implementing change.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma Required
- 10+ years manufacturing experience within a highly regulated industry
- 5+ years' experience in Leadership Roles, with experience training, developing, disciplining, reviewing and motivating employees
- 5+ years' experience that has included leading and implementing change in a manufacturing environment
- Must have detailed experience machining various grades of steel, titanium, plastics and polymers
- Demonstrated high level of performance in current and previous positions
- Working knowledge of computers and computer systems
- Demonstrated initiative and desire to drive change and is motivated to exceed expectations; self-starter
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find solutions within production bottlenecks
- Possesses statistical knowledge and the ability to apply analysis techniques to product and process improvement projects
- Possesses a solid understanding of Manufacturing Principles including Process, Information and Material Flow
- Well organized, detail oriented and team player with demonstrated Project Management skills capable of meeting deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail

- Advanced critical thinking and problems-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and general computer skills
