Job Summary
Greet and escort guests to rooms, open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property; inform guests of amenities, services, hours, and local areas of interest; identify and explain room features (e.g., key, mini-bar, ice/vending, in-room safe, valet laundry); assist with luggage storage/retrieval and transport luggage to/from rooms or bell area; arrange transportation (taxi, shuttle, limousine) and provide directions; follow all policies, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality, welcome guests, communicate clearly, and develop positive working relationships; read/verify information, move at required speed, and assist with duties as requested; stand/walk for long periods and lift/carry objects; comply with quality standards and safety.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- No related work experience
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
