Job Summary
Wine Sales Rep for Artisans & Vines in two roles: Baltimore Area (MD accounts) and Northern Virginia. Reps solicit independent retailers and restaurants, manage territory development, deliver wine education and POS materials, host in-store tastings and portfolio dinners, and coordinate with logistics to fulfill orders. Responsibilities include creating sales strategies with management, achieving sales goals with monthly/quarterly plans, participating in weekly Zoom meetings, scheduling meetings with management, and using tools like SevenFifty and company POS files. Compensation is base salary plus commission with PTO and potential medical-insurance assistance. Requires a resident of MD for MD accounts and residency in the Baltimore/NOVA regions; work from home office with occasional in-person activities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a resident of Maryland for MD accounts
- Independent retailers and restaurants experience
- Territory development
- Proficiency with Zoom and weekly meetings
- Access to SevenFifty and Fintech for account invoicing
- Portfolio dinners and in-store tastings
- Strong communication and sales skills
