Job Summary
Conduct monthly payment tracking, manage electronic point systems, and oversee safety programs like BMPC, PPRA, and EPI controls. Execute store audits for safekeeping and cash closing, monitor tips, and schedule vacations with the regional manager. Facilitate new hire onboarding, recruitment via Gupy, and labor hearings when needed. Lead the store analyst, perform maintenance audits, and execute daily store checks. Ensure accurate documentation and support regional operations in the absence of the regional manager.
