Job Summary
Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and innovative cocktails with consistency and attention to detail, delivering exceptional, personalized service in line with Forbes 5-Star standards. Engage guests through storytelling, menu knowledge, and genuine hospitality while maintaining expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and Botanist's award-winning cocktail program. Ensure the bar is set up, stocked, and maintained to the highest standards, follow all liquor laws, and contribute to the cleanliness and ambiance. Work collaboratively with the bar and service team to create a seamless guest experience, anticipate needs, and support ongoing innovation through menu development ideas. This full-time role requires a valid Serving It Right certification and legal eligibility to work in Canada, with a competitive hourly rate of $23.00.
Required Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and cocktail techniques
- Valid Serving It Right certification
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
