Manage product market access across provincial and municipal platforms, including centralized procurement, pricing governance, and insurance material catalog entry. Lead requests for medical service pricing and establish payment standards for consumables. Maintain relationships with local health commissions, medical insurance bureaus, and bidding centers. Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to resolve urgent access issues. Analyze regional policy impacts from reforms like VBP and DRG/DIP, proposing strategic responses. Requires 5+ years in medical device market access and strong policy interpretation skills. Located in Beijing, Tianjin, or Shijiazhuang.
Required Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历
- 医药相关专业
- 5年及以上医疗器械行业市场准入、招投标或政府事务相关经验
- 熟悉耗材招标挂网、集采、物价、医保工作
- 熟悉国家及地方医疗器械招标采购、医保政策
- 具备较强数据分析能力
- 具备极强的政策解读和分析能力
- 能精准把握政策导向及其对业务的影响
- 具备优秀的项目管理能力
- 能统筹协调多方资源
- 高效推进多项目并行
- 具备出色的内外沟通与谈判技巧
- 具备良好的组织、协调、分析判断及应变能力
- 有强烈责任心
