Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex biomedical equipment at customer facilities while performing performance assurance inspections, electrical safety checks, and calibration. Install, maintain, and verify system performance with minimal supervision, ensuring all service documentation, regulatory compliance, and safety standards are met. Inform supervisors of repair status and unusual equipment situations, then act as a technical advisor to clinicians on safe equipment usage and lifecycle planning. Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and facility teams to drive uptime and customer satisfaction. Maintain the equipment database accuracy and lead assigned special projects involving data collection and analysis.
Required Qualifications
- US Permanent Residency
- Travel with this position can take you across the region and you must be able to accommodate that
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar Biomedical Technician position working across many different types of equipment
- Valid driver's license and ability to visit multiple customer sites as part of the daily role
