Monitor assigned patients continuously to ensure a safe environment and regulate access to patient care areas by screening visitors and belongings. Conduct foot or vehicle patrols to identify hazards, inspect buildings, and remove potentially harmful objects while staying alert to patient behaviors during low-activity periods. Support medical staff when patients pose risks, protect evidence at incident scenes, and respond to emergencies following established procedures. Prepare logs and reports documenting behavioral escalations or location changes, and provide courteous service to employees, patients, and visitors. Maintain compliance with company and client policies, reporting changes or incidents immediately to the chain of command.
