Job Summary
Boston City Director will lead Decision Point’s ministry efforts across the Boston area, combining evangelism, church partnership development, student coaching, volunteer engagement, ministry leadership, and strategic growth. Responsibilities include building and leading a coalition of churches, recruiting and mentoring volunteers and student leaders, coaching youth pastors and community leaders, mobilizing volunteers to engage students with gospel outreach (including the 5 Gospel Challenges), representing the ministry in the broader Christian community, and identifying opportunities to expand impact. The role involves extensive field presence with students, pastors, educators, and community partners; travel within the Boston area and across the East Coast, plus occasional national or mission-trips travel. Qualifications emphasize ministry leadership experience and the option for a Bachelor’s degree. This is a full-time position (45+ hours/week) with significant local travel and fundraising responsibilities; compensation ranges from $50,000 to $75,000 annually based on experience.
