Manager-training role with a 5-week training course and performance metrics. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing store staff; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping staff meet their metrics; analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales; meeting banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance); assigning, managing, and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; and providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues.
