Job Summary
Supervisory retail/store leadership role featuring a 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and developing staff; creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping employees meet theirs. Analyzes daily sales information to maximize sales; ensures compliance with banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements; controls expenses related to labor, inventory, and maintenance. Assigns, manages, and follows up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; provides exceptional customer service and resolves customer issues. This role requires reliable transportation and is aligned with full-time store management in Chandler, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
