Job Summary
Oversee store operations as a manager-trainee at Palm Beach Tan, including hiring and developing staff, creating a positive environment for employees and customers, and meeting performance metrics. Responsible for analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue, ensuring banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements are met, and controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance costs. Lead daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized while delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. Requires 5-week manager-training, 18+ years old, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience; high school diploma or equivalent. Base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
