Job Summary
Manager-in-training role with 5-week program; responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing store staff; create a positive environment for employees and customers; meet self-performance metrics and help teams meet their metrics; analyze daily sales to maximize sales; ensure banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements are met; control expenses including labor, inventory, and maintenance; assign daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues. Requires 18+, 1 year supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift 25 pounds; high school diploma or equivalent.
