Job Summary
Manager-trainee position at Palm Beach Tan featuring a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics; responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing store staff; creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping staff meet theirs; analyzing daily sales to maximize revenue; ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met; controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance); assigning, managing, and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked and organized; delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. Requires 18+ years old, 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, physical ability to stand and lift, HS diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation.
