Job Summary
Manager-in-training role overseeing store staff with a 5-week manager-training course and clear performance metrics. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping others meet theirs; analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales; meeting banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; controlling expenses (labor, inventory, and maintenance); assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. Requires 18+ with supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, physical capability for long periods of standing/walking, lifting 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
