BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter - Part Time

BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter (Part Time) is responsible for filling BOSS orders, sorting, picking, packing, and loading merchandise for shipment to direct customers and retail stores. Duties include receiving merchandise, inspecting for quality, packing into appropriate containers, labeling, and ensuring safe handling and presentation. Will move merchandise among warehouse locations using equipment or manual handling, maintain housekeeping and safety, assist customers on the sales floor during store hours, and participate in mandatory trainings. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and operate receiving equipment; ability to read UPC codes and stock merchandise accordingly. The role requires teamwork, effective communication with management and customers, and contributing to accurate order processing within the BOSS system.
