BOSS Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary
Conduct daily fulfillment operations by receiving, inspecting, sorting, picking, packing, and loading merchandise for direct customers and retail stores. Inspect products for quality and presentation, apply designated labels, and match stock to orders using UPC codes. Operate material handling equipment to move goods among warehouse locations and maintain housekeeping standards. Assist customers on the sales floor during open hours and communicate inventory issues such as short picks or out-of-stock items. Requires high school diploma, 0-2 years experience, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds while standing for extended periods. Full-time role with mandatory safety and job skills training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 0-2 years of experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to operate receiving equipment
- Ability to constantly stand and/or walk during shift
- Ability to constantly repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Ability to occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.
- Ability to occasionally communicate with others to exchange information
- Ability to occasionally operate machinery and/or power tools
- Ability to occasionally work in tight and confined spaces
- Ability to occasionally work in low or high temperatures
- Ability to occasionally work in outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind
- Ability to occasionally work in noisy environments
- Ability to light work that includes constantly moving and lifting objects up to 20 pounds
- Ability to occasionally move and lift objects up to 100 pounds or more (utilizing a team lift as needed)
- Ability to perform tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation
- Ability to choose from limited alternatives to resolve problems
- Ability to occasionally make recommendations to work procedures, policies, and practices
- Ability to follow through on order processing up to and including properly closing orders in BOSS system
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers
- Ability to read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codes
