Job Summary
BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter (Part-Time) will fill BOSS orders by sorting, picking, packing, and loading merchandise for shipment to direct customers and retail stores, while maintaining quality and appearance. Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, inspecting items, organizing by order groupings, labeling, and ensuring proper packaging. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds (team lifts up to 100 pounds), operate receiving equipment, move merchandise between warehouse locations, and assist customers on the Sales floor during store hours. Requires following safety procedures, attending mandatory trainings, and applying established procedures with some independent judgment. Experience level 0-2 years; High school diploma preferred.
